I had visited the restaurant on a Saturday night and honestly had a great time. I was a walk in and still enjoyed my time. Service was great! The waitresses that night were very friendly and quick to take my order and get my food out.Food came out fresh and hot! It was honestly very lovely that the food wasn’t overwhelmingly hot (as I am impatient about letting it cool down). I was very happy and pleased that I could just eat the food right away when they served me.They have a TV in the restaurant that usually has cartoons on and it’s entertaining no matter what age group that you’re in!Atmosphere was great! No loud noises coming from the back of the kitchen to bother customers who are seated in the dining area.Very clean tables and counter tops.I’ve been to this restaurant at least twice before and service has been consistent!Haven’t ordered take out yet but I’ll have to try that next time. I prefer to dine in most of the time.The people who left “bad service” reviews honestly wanted something to complain about. The waiters and waitresses don’t bother you constantly here unlike at some other major restaurants. So if you don’t like being bothered while you’re trying to enjoy your food, HIGHLY recommend this place.Culturally, I understand that white-American restaurants will have servers constantly checking in on you. I, personally, don’t like that. Whereas in a lot of non-white American restaurant culture, that’s not a standard that they check-in on you constantly.Food portions and prices are fair.If you’re an adventurous eater, definitely recommend trying the curry noodle soup!

Amazing food, super fresh ingredients. Portions are huge and I was glad to be able to take some home with me. The dining area is cute. Boba was a bit sweet for my taste, but that could be preferred by some. The provided add-ins with the pho really makes each person's experience unique and delicious.

I’m surprised at the reviews about the service. When me and some friends came through on a road trip, both the waiter and the cooks in the back went out of their way to create a new item for my friend who was vegetarian so they could have noodles like they wanted. The food was excellent, and my friend said that it was one of the best vegetarian broths they’d had. I tried my friend’s dishes and loved all of them as well as mine.The atmosphere isn't upscale, so if that’s what you are looking for, this isn’t the place, but it was comfy and clean. The place seems family owned, and the food definitely has a homey style to it, and it always feels good to support a place like this. I’ll absolutely be recommending the place to friends coming through the area.

Amazing food and overall experience.The worker's were all very nice.The place is clean and kept up well.Service was fast.But most importantly the food was amazing! Had some Thai iced tea (heavenly) and Pho with beef meatballs, eye round steak, and brisket, in the large size which was enough for me and another person to share, plus have leftovers. Overall the whole thing was an amazing experience.

If you haven't tried this place yet, what are you doing?!For those that like it spicy, I can't recommend the Khaub Poob enough! It's a delightful dish with just the right amount of heat and delicious chicken and quail eggs!For those that don't want as much heat, the Pad Thai and pho are incredible, as well as any of the appetizers. So nice to have this option in the Point area! If you have questions on their menu, just ask! Anytime I have been there, the staff has been very accommodating and do a great job explaining the different dishes.

Tried Mama Mai’s Noodle Café for the first time yesterday. The Pad Thai was to die for!! Also enjoyed the yummy dumplings and pho. *chef kiss* Highly recommend checking out Mama Mai’s Noodle Café!

Our first time and the food was on point. The condiment containers at the table really needed a good cleaning. Other than that, it's one of those great hidden gems.The wait staff, behind on giving utensils and napkins when our first dish arrived. Thankfully, the dish was hands-on, so we got napkins from the bar ourselves. When the second dish arrived, so did the utensils and more napkins. I'm not going to knock the staff to much, they are young girls that seem the quiet type. In the end, we got what we needed, and our food still got to us hot and well plated and ever so tasty. We will be coming back for more!

The food here is good, it always seems busy. Prices are decent with the times. The staff are nice and welcoming. I would come here again.
